California Standard Bail Bond 10% Premium Rate

Blondies Bail Bonds is a licensed agency appointed by the California Department of Insurance to transact bail in this state. The Standard Bail Bond Premium Rate is 10%. All agencies in the State of California are required by state law to charge a premium rate filed with the Department of Insurance plus any additional fees required, and the premium is non-refundable once the defendant is released from custody.
